Our Business:

• We are a large concessions business with concessions in over 1000 stores in the UK and RoI. We operate from our busy Head Office in London, home of the design, buying, merchandising, retail operation's functions.

• Our China office collaborates & holds successful relationships with a large number of sizeable forward thinking factories. We constantly source for new exciting products & suppliers from our China office, which has become as comfortable as a home from home for our buying & design teams. This office is also the base for our QC team who oversee all of our production in addition to ensuring that our factories maintain our ethical code of conduct & our environmental commitments.

• We operate successful concessions in Republic, New Look, Bank, Debenhams, Superdrug & Store Twenty One. We have a diverse customer base which proves just how versatile we are in the product we offer.

• There is no risk to the retailer – all the investment is covered by Touchstone; cost of stock, stands, stock loss, distribution, carding & all POS – all we ask is that our deliveries are actioned, the stands kept tidy, everything else is covered by us & our visual merchandising teams. • You will have the benefit of your own dedicated buying & merchandising team. Our buyers customer profile, design & build successful, commercial, up to the minute collections so you don't have to. Operating a concession comes easily to us – from the buying office right through to our team of visual merchandisers, who work up & down the country ensuring that product ranges are constantly updated & replenished - you will receive a hassle free service which is also supported by a solid merchandise function operating from our H/O.

• We have the ability to react to sales & emerging trends fast & without any delays. Our office in China means that not only do we have an enormous advantage in speed to market but we can control all aspects of your requirements with regards to testing, QC & packaging.

• We have brands of our own; aimed at different market levels so you the retailer can select which best suits your business or if you would prefer we can create a range that complements your own brand (See brands page for more information). We have a wide selection of stand designs to choose from, all easily adaptable to your business's needs or if you like we can work as a partnership, designing & creating something new, be it additional storage or an accessories display area – whatever it is, we promise we can deliver the best to fit your business's requirements.

E-Commerce

2010 was a big year for us as we began to develop and expand our online division. We now have a dedicated team of photographers, retouchers, and merchandisers in the department. We run the online business as a regular concession, allocating stock directly to customer, managing stock levels, and using their own hubs. We can alternatively distribute orders direct to the consumer.

All imagery is provided for the websites, so there is no hassle for the website host.
